Notice of Annual General Meeting
10.00am, Tuesday, 20 October 2026
Notice is hereby given that the 2026 Annual General Meeting of the NSW Rural Press Club Inc will be held at FTI Consulting, Level 22, Gateway, 1 Macquarie Place, Sydney and online at 10.00 am on Tuesday, 20 October 2026, for the purpose of:
- confirming the minutes of the AGM held on 28 November 2025
- receiving the President’s report
- receiving the 2025/26 financial report and the Financial Statements
- electing office bearers and committee members
- appointing Auditors
- other general business.
Notices of motion and nomination forms can be obtained by contacting the Secretary at secretary@nswruralpressclub.com.au or by downloading the form here.
Nominations for the committee and notices of motion must be received by close of business on Tuesday, 13 October 2026.
A proxy form and instructions to enable voting for the 2026-27 Committee Members can be downloaded here.
Proxy forms must be submitted to the Secretary not later than the starting time of the meeting.
NOTE: there is capacity to participate online. Registration is required. Please email the Secretary to register and request a link.
