Agribuzz - hosted by King & Wood Mallesons

Tuesday, 6 May 2025

5:30pm to 7:30pm

Agribuzz is a smart casual event providing professional networking and development opportunities in a relaxed atmosphere.

It provides the opportunity for our members and friends to exchange business intelligence and ideas over drinks and canapés, enjoy a brief presentation, and mingle with their peers. Those establishing their careers can talk to agribusiness leaders over a drink while those on the look-out for talent can meet aspiring leaders-in-the-making.

Our guest speaker is Paul Serra, who became Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of SunRice Group in August 2023. Paul is an accomplished leader with extensive global experience in the growth and transformation of complex and diverse organisations.

Prior to joining SunRice, Paul worked at a number of agri-business and FMCG companies, including most recently as Managing Director North America (USA and Canada) of Olam Food Ingredients. He has also held senior executive roles at Campbell Soup Company and operational roles at The Arnott’s Group ANZ.

Paul has demonstrable experience in delivering financial outcomes in the agri-business, food ingredients and FMCG sectors, as well as in the areas of supply chain management, people leadership, business transformation, health and safety, and operations.

Paul holds an honours degree in engineering from The University of Queensland.

Event host King & Wood Mallesons is a valued corporate member and long-time supporter of Agribuzz.

Registrations close Wednesday 30 April 2025.
