Notice is hereby given that the 2018 Annual General Meeting of the Farm Writers’ Association of NSW Inc will be held at 11.00 am on Friday 26th October (immediately prior to the October lunch seminar) at The Grace Hotel, York Street, Sydney for the purpose of:

confirming the minutes of the AGM held on 27th October 2017;

receiving the President’s report;

receiving the 2017/18 financial report and the Financial Statements;

updating the constitution;

electing office bearers and committee members;

appointing Auditors; and

other general business.

Notices of motion and nomination forms can be obtained by downloading the forms below or contacting the Secretary on Secretary@nswfarmwriters.org.au  

A summary of the proposed changes to update the constitution is attached below. An annotated copy of the constitution with full details of the proposed changes is available on request from the Secretary. Email secretary@nswfarmwriters.org.au.

Note that Nominations and motions must be received by close of business on Friday 19 October 2018.
